carpaccio



So I bring my muscular organ to the table,
It pumps blood through the blood vessels of the circulatory system.
In my right hand I hold a diamond blade knife.
It is soaked in rivers of clear saline fluid secreted by the lacrimal gland. 

I cut the organ again and again. 
I repeat it twelve hundred times. 
When serving carpaccio of mine
I put some eruca sativa on side--




So everyone feeds
With no need to strive.

 they stop with Champagne, which I do not like
